Christopher Pizzino
Christopher Pizzino is Assistant Professor of Contemporary American Literature in the Department of English at the University of Georgia, where he teaches comics, science fiction, and theory of the novel. He is currently at work on a book entitled Arrested Development: Comics at the Boundaries of Literature.
Carol Tyler
Carol Tyler is an artist, teacher, and workshop leader. Her publications include The Job Thing, Late Bloomer, and You’ll Never Know, a graphic memoir trilogy that explores Tyler’s relationship with her father, a World War II veteran. Carol Tyler has a website at bloomerland and a blog at My Screened-In Porch. Her books are available through Fantagraphics. More information on Tyler’s life and work can be found on her Wikipedia page.

We recommend flying into Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV), but bus service may be available to and from Orlando International (MCO). Please confirm availability before booking flights to or from MCO.
Ground Transportation
Gainesville is served by the Regional Transit System, which provides bus service to and from the Gainesville Regional Airport Monday through Friday, and throughout the city daily. Routes, schedules, and fares are available at go-rts.
