“ImageSexT: Intersections of Sex, Gender, and Sexuality”
The sixth annual UF Conference on Comics and Graphic Novels, “ImageSexT: Intersections of Sex, Gender, and Sexuality,” was held in Gainesville, Florida, on March 21-22, 2008. The ImageSexT conference focused on issues of representation in the most literal sense: that of the image on the page (screen, monitor, etc.). Two dozen academic presentations explored the boundaries of sex, gender, and sexuality.
